All parties:
Will be punctual.
Will not be under the influence of drugs and or alcohol.
Will not engage in sexually inappropriate behaviour with any cast, crew or clients. Will take full responsibility for any failure to execute specified their specific job.
Usage:
The Contractor hereby grants the Client and its agents the right to video/audio tape their likeness/ voice/performance in connection with the contracted agreement including being used in connection with publicity.
The Contractor releases the Client and their agents, successors and assigns from further claims or demands arising from the uses of materials you may record in which I/we appear or can be heard.
All material will be for internal use.
